Booking, Deposit, Cancellation & Payment Policy


Booking & Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is charged immediately at the time of booking and will be applied toward the total cost of your service. Clients cannot hold an appointment without paying the deposit. 

  • Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 72 hours before your scheduled appointment.  If a cancellation or reschedule is made less than 72 hours before the appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. No-shows or late arrivals may result in a 100% cancellation fee based on the total value of your scheduled service. 

  • Payment & Fees The remaining balance of your appointment is due at the time of service.  We accept payments in full at checkout or via approved payment plans.  By booking, you authorize All That & More Hair Extensions & Wig Salon to charge your card on file for any applicable cancellation or no-show fees.

  • Intake Forms & Pre-Service Requirements Clients may be required to complete an Intake Form prior to their appointment.  The Intake Form includes acknowledgment of policies, medical and hair history (if applicable), and consent for services.  Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled if Intake Forms are not completed in advance. 

  • Agreement  By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.  Please contact us as early as possible if you need to adjust your booking.
