Thank you for choosing All That & More Hair Extensions & Wig Salon.
Please review the policies below. By booking an appointment, purchasing products, or using our website, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking, Deposits & Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

  • Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been successfully processed.

  • Remaining balances are due day of your service and must be paid in full day of service.

  • Prices may vary based on hair length, density, desired style, and additional services requested.

2. First-Time Client Video Consultation Offer

For eligible first-time clients booking a video consultation:

  • The consultation fee for your Virtual Consultation / paid video consultation may be applied toward your final in-salon service total, as specified in the service description.

  • This credit is valid only toward the service / product discussed in your consultation and must be used within the timeframe stated at booking (if applicable).

  • Consultation fees are non-refundable once the appointment time is reserved.

3. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

We value your time and ours. To provide each client with the best experience:

  • 72-Hour Policy:

    • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment.

  • Within 72 Hours / Same-Day Changes:

    • Cancellations, changes, or no-shows made less than 72 hours before your appointment may be charged 100% of the service booked.

  • Deposits:

    • All deposits are non-refundable.

    • If you cancel or reschedule at least 72 hours in advance, your deposit may be applied one time to your next booked appointment, at our discretion.

  • Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in prepayment in full for future bookings or refusal of future service.

4. Late Arrival Policy

We do our best to accommodate you while honoring the time of the next client.

  • Most appointments include a short grace period. For example, some services allow a 5-minute grace period (or as specified in your service details).

  • If you arrive after the grace period and time still permits, we may continue the service with adjustments and a late fee (e.g. $25) may be added to your total.

  • If your arrival time does not allow us to complete your service without impacting the next client:

    • Your appointment may be released, and

    • You may be charged up to 100% of the service as a late cancellation/no-show.

  • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule, subject to the policies above.

Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full, personalized experience.

5. Refunds, Returns & Exchange Policy (Products & Hair)

To protect all clients and maintain the highest hygiene standards:

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on:

    • Hair extensions

    • Wigs

    • Toppers, hairpieces, toupees

    • Custom hair enhancements

    • Opened, tried, or worn products of any kind

  • Human hair extensions and wigs are considered hygienic products. For hygiene and public safety:

    • We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items once purchased.

    • Even lightly worn, opened, or tried-on hair products cannot be returned.

  • We never resell used hair. This is unsanitary and unethical. Our strict “no returns / no resales” policy is in place to protect every client.

6. Service Results & Client Responsibilities

We are committed to providing professional, high-quality services and recommendations.

  • Results can vary based on your natural hair, previous chemical services, home care, and adherence to aftercare instructions.

  • We cannot guarantee identical results to photos or inspiration images, but we will work to achieve a look that best suits your hair, lifestyle, and goals.

  • You agree to:

    • Provide accurate information about your hair history and health.

    • Follow recommended aftercare and maintenance instructions.

    • Ask any questions you have before, during, or after your appointment.

7. Removal of Hairpieces, Wigs & Extensions

To minimize risk of damage or hair loss:

  • We are not responsible for hair loss, breakage, or damage caused by:

    • The removal of wigs, toppers, hairpieces, toupees, weaves, quick weaves, or hair extensions performed outside of All That & More Hair Salon.

  • We strongly recommend that all removals be done professionally at our salon, by a trained stylist familiar with your installation method.

  • If you choose to remove or alter any installation yourself or with another provider, you do so at your own risk.

8. Medical Conditions & Health Considerations

Your safety is important to us.

  • Clients with medical or health conditions (including but not limited to: alopecia, scalp sensitivity, recent surgery, cancer treatments, or other health concerns) should inform our staff prior to service.

  • Clients with health issues should not be left without supervision; please let us know if you require assistance or special accommodations.

  • We may recommend certain services or products and decline or modify others based on what is safest for your hair and health.

9. Insurance & Cranial Prosthesis

For clients exploring medical or insurance coverage:

  • Some services and custom units may qualify as cranial prosthesis or medically necessary hair enhancement.

  • If you indicate that you have or may have insurance coverage, we may assist you in:

    • Verifying benefits, and

    • Providing basic supporting documentation where applicable.

  • Coverage is not guaranteed, and all financial responsibility ultimately rests with the client if insurance does not pay.

10. Photos, Consultations & Inspiration Images

To tailor your hair enhancement or wig perfectly:

  • We may request photos of your natural hair (front hairline, top of head, sides/back) and inspiration photos for color and style.

  • By providing these images, you give us permission to review and use them internally for consultation, design, and service planning.

  • With your separate written or verbal consent, we may request to use select images for marketing or social media; this is always optional and never required to receive service.

11. Online & Virtual Consultations

For virtual/online services (e.g., video consultations):

  • Consultations may take place via Zoom or another video platform.

  • You are responsible for having a stable internet connection and a device capable of video.

  • Links and access details will be emailed or messaged to you after booking.

  • Consultation fees are non-refundable once your time is reserved, and any policy related to applying the fee toward a future service will be described in the service details.

12. Use of Website & Booking Platform

By using allthatandmorehair.com and our online booking system, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact and personal information.

  • Not misuse the website, booking tools, or communication channels.

  • Abide by our policies regarding bookings, cancellations, payments, and conduct.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any person who is abusive, unsafe, or repeatedly violates policies.

13. Policy Changes

All That & More Hair Extensions & Wig Salon (“AT&MH”) may update these policies from time to time.

  • Any changes will be posted on this Policies page and may also be highlighted on our home page or other key pages.

  • Your continued use of our website, booking system, and salon services after policy changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Acknowledgment & Agreement

By:

  • Booking an appointment,

  • Completing payment, and

  • Checking the required agreement boxes and/or signing electronically on our booking forms,

you confirm that:

  • You have read, understood, and agree to the policies outlined on this page and summarized in the booking form.

  • You accept responsibility for following pre- and post-care instructions provided by All That & More Hair.

  • You understand that all deposits are non-refundable and that late cancellations, changes, or no-shows may be charged according to the policies above.
